Our policy is 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons earrings, hair pieces & fascinators cannot be returned for change of mind.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for "change of mind" will be given store credit. This has to be used within 30 days of credit being granted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be credited or returned and are sold as is.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for a different size is only possible if that size is available, please see our size guide page if you are unsure of your size. If the item is defective, please return the item to us to have fixed, where possible exchanged or credited to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping your new item will be deducted from your credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
